Does anyone have a contact for cheaper mild-steel exhaust mandrel-bends? 38mm 45's and 90's required in 2mm wall thickness preferred, for bike exhaust project.

"shitty" condition considered if they are cheap or free, but don't want basket case stuff.

You could try Autobend in chch, they sell mandrel bent U and L also donuts,

I'm hoping to find someone with a box of them under the bench.

Autobend for sure, i had 4 replacement headers made for my GSX1400 cost $225 ( GSXs are double skinned,heavy and power sapping, 106 rwhp before 116 after !!)

Yeah they do look impressive with all their mandrel bending gear. I'd rather TIG it together in my back yard, or tack it and get someone to pulse weld it.
