was on Prime news just now. 5.30 bulletin 9th January 2010

It has been alleged that, while holidaying in Fiji, an ex All-Black sexually assaulted a girl and assaulted a young man who intervened. As yet, no formal complaints have been made.

isn't alcohol usually involved in these scenerios, after working in bars and clubs I can see how and why....alcohol just loosens up far too much.

Then assaulted a young fella who was trying to stand up for her, not a good look.
Shit spreads fast on the interwebs, someones already updated wikipedia, or in this case it should be wikipedo

Hey, it was 2:00 am and she was 15. Doesn't that make her fair game for any all black?

How being good at rugby should make you someone to look up to over the next guy, I have no idea?

Let me know when it's an All White, Silver Fern, Black Stick etc
The All Blacks themselves seem to hold the answer

, what kind of facts are we waiting for?

Did he know she was only 15?
Did she look like she was only 15
Was she acting like she was only 15
What was the 'grope"

... facts like that would help I guess.

Was talking to my boss just a couple of weeks ago and she was telling me about a guy who started chatting up her daughter on a boat trip. Left hellishly embarrassed when she told him she was only 13 (looks much older).

1) At 2am, probably not...
2) Probably not....
3) At 2am... Yup.
4) The Grope was apparently the butt.

Not facts, JMHO... except the grope, I heard that on the news....

Some young girls look, and also dress to look much older than what they are....

Not defending Mr Brooks actions, it is just that once again somebody has been hung by public trial before the case has been answered.... Let alone the investigation finished!
