A youthful companion looking for a new home. I am a 1.5 year old who loves to go for adventures, whether they be on road, gravel, mud, dirt, sand, or anything else. People say I'm the perfect learner bike, as I'm easy to learn, easy to control, and I never get dull (unlike other 250cc bikes). Did I mention I'm good with the ladies?
Other people think I'm cool too... Got an award this year for 'Best Dual Sport Motorcycle'*
I'm a feisty 250cc, I came from the factory brand new, slightly stifled and not living to my full potential. With the miracle of surgery and Dynojet, I have been given new life. I had my jets redone, and my airbox opened up, all reversible of course, but who would want to do that?
I come with a Ventura pack rack valued at around $250, and my old rear plastics (they had a few run ins with trees...) so you don't have to damage the brand new ones I have on at the moment when we go do crazy stuff. I also have the factory tool kit and owners manual, plus a spare rear inner tube, spark plug, and spare (new) front brake pads.
My front tyre, a TKC80, was fitted about 2000 kms ago, and has plenty of life in it, and the kenda trackmaster on the back was put on about 1000kms ago.
I've recently had my 28,000km service, where the valves were checked (all in good order) and suspension done. My mate has racked up a bit of kms in one year (a testament to how fun I am?) but he has always taken very good care of me at all times, with shop services every 6000kms, and oil changes in between each. He has owned me since I was a newborn, purchased in July last year from Red Baron.
Oh, and did I mention I get about 26km/litre?
