I flew Air NZ about 20 times last year. I reckon 16 of those flights were delayed.
1 was even cancelled mid journey and I had to wait a Chch airport for 4 hours.
The new baggage check in system is possibly the worst example of double handling I've seen in recent times.
In Chch you have to do all the paperwork yourself, then queue up for them to scan it and put it on the conveyor.
