I've just spent my lunch hour searching the net trying to find the answer to what I thought was an easy question, but i had no luck.......or was just searching the completely wrong places.

What year YZ250F stock exhausts will fit my 06 WR250F ??

Just trying to find out am I limited to having to find a 06 YZ250F exhaust to fit it or will other years fit as well, without having to do any modifications to get it to fit of course.

any reason why you want to put an mx exhaust on? you could just remove the tip of your muffler, take out baffle if you just wont it louder.

According to fmf web site 03-05 yzf muffler will fit 03-06 wrf hope that helps

I'm basically doing a bit of experimenting and have heard that a YZ exhaust can open up the WR, I realise its only a very small power gain and makes it louder ( where i ride the noise thing is not to much of a problem ), but theres a big difference in the price of getting a secondhand YZ vs an aftermarket exhaust.

According to fmf web site 03-05 yzf muffler will fit 03-06 wrf hope that helps

makes a good power difference going from an 'opened up' stock crf-x muffler to a crf-R muffler, so good luck!

Yeah will be interesting to see how much difference it will make to the power. Now just got to find a decent secondhand one.
