looking to get some more from my gn wanted to get a biger rear sproket has some one done this at all and how hard are they to get.

I'd suggest asking your Suzuki dealer. From memory when I replaced my chain and sprocket the parts department guy said there are other tooth options from standard. A chain and sprocket set from Suzuki was $160.
If you are after more top end speed, don't forget that gearing it up may give you a higher top speed, but your accelleration will suffer. If your GN struggles to hold 100 in headwinds and up hills (like mine lol) then gearing it up will only make that worse.

I wouldn't bother unless you do a lot of motorway travelling. Save for a better bike.

Thanks for that I was almost hoping some one would that head wind is a bitch up hill not so bad if you chang down at the right time. I am looking at spending $100 on a nice crome tail pipe and a new chan as it lives out side the weather plays with rust and lube.

A BIGGER rear sprocket actually GEARS IT DOWN.... Will be better for in town lower speed performance/pickup ... but on the open road ... :no:

Save for a better bike.
