thats nice
Josh and I were at servo filling the jerry can last night when I spies me one of them motorbicycycle thingies
A tall shiny black one
Looked new, with some sort of high mounted crash bars and pannier / pack rack
Tall front wheell - looked like it would pretty much go anywhere
"Thats nice" say I
Its the first new bike I've seen for a while that I might want to own
But what was it?
I didnt see a tank logo - might have had some writing on the fairing.
Looked a lot like this....

I thought I read recently that they don't make those any more? Might be an old one :devil2:

It was the crash bar setup that really first caught my eye - any ideas who makes it?

Sadly not - wrong frame
Apart from thr wrong wheels, that one looks nice too.
The one I saw IS a suzuki - and the cool crash bars appear to be factory option for 2005 - 2006
There's some examples on RetardMe here

The 650 VStrom is on sale at the moment. Doesn't come out of the box with some of what you're seeing...

My Gosh, they are as dull as ditchwater standard aren't they?
They really do need all the wheels and tyres, hand guards, crash bar, bash plate and panniers before they stand out
The DL1000 is improved with its twin pipes

Yeah and before you know it you're up to KTM pricing. May as well just go for the 950/990 adventure.
