5 seconds off lap record set in 2008 - not bad for a newbie :)

He got within 2/10ths of a second of the 2008 lap record before he finished. Which is comparing apples with apples, he was driving a 2008 car.
And the boy is still learning.

Reportedly when asked if Ferrari might run a third car for Rossi, the spokesman said, "Never say never."
