This isn't my bag, but I understand that Ti isn't a peach to weld, production use vacuums or best repair done shielding both sides in argon like in a small chamber, or maybe I'm talking through a hole in me arse & people overcome this, but I've def heard it's easy to make a brittle weld.

Consequently people don't use it that much, don't think you'll find an easy source for it.

You could try "Tube Bending LTD (http://www.tubebending.co.nz/)" in East Tamaki. They have CNC mandrels. Although it really makes little difference.

I can't see the point in going Ti anyway - yeah, it's lighter but cost benefit is not worth it IMHO.

GSXR1000 headers from 2003 onwards I believe are Titanium. Not sure if the diameter will be right though?

yeah the gsxr headers are cheap as, but only around 1" diameter,zx10r pipes from the cat back to the mufflers are titanium, but they dont come up for sale often, perfect size for what im doing though.

Have you looked into elbows , if the bends are small Mandrel bend's then you may need to heat to 400°-600°F (204°-316°C) . I have used Ti elbows to make a system & it worked out very well
