WBOP truckies, dirt carriers, please...

I'm trying to locate a truck driver that has dumped quite a load of dirt 10 or so km's north of Okere Falls.

He has knocked over my husband and friend's roadside cross, which has dissapeared (possibly under the pile of dirt - guess what me and the shovel are doing this weekend!), and I'd like him or her to replace it, pay for the cost of replacement.

At a guess - It looks like he's gone past the site, backed up, and dumped the load. Possibly didn't see it.

Any details of whom this person could be, (and yes I will be liasing with Transit and Council) can someone please pm. Cheers.

Cheers Darren, probably not much I can do, but I thought I'd put the word out, and have alot of friends in the local Trucking industry, I guess if it is a private dirt carrier, I don't have a sh*t show. Thanks for the kind thoughts mate :)

Are you serious? Roadside crosses are generally located on public land and any responsiblity for care and maintenance must surely lie with the people who put the things there?

The operative word being LIKE, the way the last 3 years have gone, since no-one else bothers to be responsible for their own actions - I fully expect i'll be paying for it again.

On the other hand - I believe it is a transit site, you certainly can't miss the area, bloody strange place for a truckie to dump his load and I won't go away quietly :)
