word on the web is yamaha has applied for a patient for a turbo-diesel motorbike engine design.....
but thats all ive heard and im very intrigued....
any more info?:eek:

there is a dutch company that produces a turbo diesel three cylinder adventure bike IIFC.
There was a review on it around aug last year, they went on the market soon after that.
They were built for use as Armed Forces in mind, but also have a version for the public.
If Yamaha has also gone down this road, I would think that an adventure style bike would be the market to aim at
