View Full Version : Thailand launches ethanol motorcycle trials

A pilot project to promote converting motorcycles to E85 (ethanol) bio-fuel has been announced by the government of Thailand. The pilot project is being launched in the province of Nakhon Ratchasima. 87 motorcycles, covering 6 brands have been modified to run E85.

Nakhon Ratchasima has been chosen, as according to the Thai Energy Ministry, there are “900,000 motorbikes in the province.”
