Pete and i are coming down to Dunedin in May for 2 weeks and was wondering if there was any where we would be able to hire a bike while we are down there to do a little site seeing. Also what would the weather be like down there for riding then.
Thanks

I'm not a Dunediner. It's just that I hate the feeling of sand crunching between my teeth.

I didn't think there were any bike rental places in Dunners but this one is in the yellow pages - http://www.backroadsbikes.co.nz/ No experience of them myself.
Weatherwise it will be perfect for biking. A slight breeze from the north east wafting gently through the autumn leaves making them ripple as they turn from a golden red to a beautiful burnt ochre. The birds will be singing from the rooftops as they prepare to migrate on the wing and the smell of chocolate will pervade the central streets. Everything will be fine with the world.
It all turns to shit on June 1st mind.
