why is it if i sena a email and the address isnt exact it comes back but i get spam emails that arnt even addressed to me

Spam emails are quite hard to figure out where they came from. Usually someone in your address book has a virus. The virus harvests email addresses from their email client.

You can blind cc an email so the recipients can't see who it's addressed to.

Useful if you're sending pr0n to a group of people and you've got smartarsed mates who send embrrasing replies about that one time with the tranny that you don't want the grandparents to hear about.

Spammers usually harvest email address from various websites (like this one) and ISPs and viruses... just because the email isn't directly addressed to you in the TO field doesn't mean that i was address to you, depending on how it was sent and if the are using the BCC field or a mass mailer
