So I got February's addition of Skywatch the other day, searched through it to find info about what time/channel this round of the World Superbikes will be televised - nothing listed!

WTF!

Don't tell me it's not going to be on the bloody tele - not even delayed?

Help, someone!

They bloody better be playing it live. FFS if they are going to take the broadcasting rights then they should play it live or give it to someone else who will.

Im going to see it Live and i cant wait to get there. Pity I don't have the appropiate camera gear to get it back to you guys. If only I was in the TV industry there would be Bike Racing live every weekend on TV covering meetings from all over the world. How Awesome would that be?

Sky tell me that it is definitely going to be shown live. My understanding is that when the Skywatch was printed they hadn't had confirmation that they would be getting the rights to show. That has now been confirmed.

Catch you at PI Skip.

Just as well - was going to cancel my Sky subscription - that would have taught them a lesson they wouldn't forget (but I would live to regret).

Belatedly I have just come to realise that there is no mention of WSBK in the SKY Mag. I hope they are going to advertise it, or otherwise let us know where when to look?

I've sent Sky a message re coverage of WSBK and MotoGP, I'd hate them to think nobody was interested...

SKY replied to my email as follows:

"Our monthly SKY Watch magazine is printed 6 weeks in advance and as per note on page 172 of each edition all listings were accurate at the time of printing. Any amendments made to our schedule are then updated on the EPG (electronic programming guide) and our website. The EPG on the decoder and website are only listed up until 7 days in advance which is why you will not be able to find it on a programme search.

The Philip Island event will be LIVE on Sports 2 Sunday the 28th from 1:30pm. Please check the EPG closer to the date to confirm any changes and updates."
