How about the old Arab trick. Use a Scimitar to cut off his balls, cut his guts open and put his "bits" into his mouth.
Hows that for a deterrent?

Hanging... nah. Publicly humiliate him and then stone him. But first, get his dog riled up and then set it on him before putting it down.

Yet another example of "its the owner not the dog".
There are some really sick people out there.
And I agree. Yes, we should still consider hanging. Maybe a poll should be started?

Lets just hope the cops get the scumbuckets eh.The dog thing is really getting out of control, recently my Border Collie has been attacked twice by out of control dogs at a favourite swimming hole, both tiimes the owners of said dogs did fuck all to help.Annoying as fuck to to head out to a beautiful quiet spot and have shit like that happen and enoughs enough, theres a baseball bat behind the seat in the ute and if/when it happens again the dog gets the bash, both times the dogs thats attacked mine has had a go at me whilst i was pulling them off, both times no collars making it bloody hard to do.

Find a drug that ups his sensitivity to pain. Dose him. Set a dog on him...
Done.

Agreed....human garbage.
I doubt the dog can be saved either after the treatment it has received to make it a fighting dog.

Hanging may be a bit strong for this kind of crime... but it's certainly a public flogging offence... Perhaps covering his balls in dog food and letting his pup have at it might also be considered... but if one of these things comes anywhere near my kids, it'll receive a powerful toe poke in the ribs... lungs, heart, they're all uder the ribs and they aren't built for an impact of that sort... perhaps offer the owner the same treatment...

The chap will most probably get caught and a slap on the wrist plus not be allowed to keep a dog for x time.
But, makes you wonder, if he abuses his dog in that way then he most probably does it to any offsrping he has.
Shame there isn't a way of stopping this type of bottom feeder from pro-creating (such as spermicide in prison food). Otherwise then I can bet ya that his offspring will be making the papers when our children are adults for much of the same kind of stuff.
p.s. this is definately not maori bashing it is about any low life with low moral fibre.

Even better if the dog handlers involved in the pricks arrest."just look the other way boys and ill let Fido loose on him for a few minutes'.Its not hard to work out the worlds turning to shite and some day in the future when all the fucking tree huggers and do-gooders run out of breath societies the world over wont tolerate this kind of shit from pricks that will never be any good for anything and simply dispose of em,why dont we save ourselves and our children a whole lot of grief and start now, tommorow will do.:bash:

No, no reason to get personal about it really. I am all for hanging because it's efficient and impersonal.
I just fail to see the merit of keeping scum like this alive, get rid off them and then move on. They are not worth the efforts of torture, public humiliation or even a funeral. Show a high enough disregard for other people and you cease to exist, no graphic reports in the news, no fanfare, no attention, just a long fall and a short stop and then compost/feed/whatever. Maybe harvest what organs and bodily fluids that could be used...

Surely not in this case? Shouldn't he get a minimum of GBH or "assault with a deadly weapon"?

Kight's lawyer, Roger Philip, told the court his client had reactive attachment disorder, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, and had an extra Y chromosome.
However, a historic link between the extra chromosome and aggressive and criminal tendencies has been widely doubted, and the effects are said to be variable and often minimal.

A bullet is the cheapest option.... For the sicko who owns the dog. I adopted a 6 month old puppy from the SPCA & she has turned into a stunning dog, a pit bull. She is the softest dog I have ever owned & is totally submissive to other dogs, including Yorkshire terriers. 50 fighting pit bulls were taken off that American football player, all had fought. 3 were put down, 47 re-trained & found homes with familys. Beautiful dogs, just like Staffies but they attract really ugly, cruel, small penised, dumb owners.

Best put this one out on the Firearms thread.
Genreally speaking, I am not in favour of the death penalty. Certainly the David Bain case is an example of why it would have been wrong.
However for certain crimes such as the Clayton Weatherston type crimes, where the murder is admitted and described however his mental deficiencies tell him that the murder is fully justified, then the death penalty may well be more appropriate as no amout of treatment could correct such a personality.
There are some horrific examples to sway the arguament but there are also some examples of where they could have got it wrong. The media does not help!

You can not reuse bullets really. Unless you use high powered ammunition and line people up and take out several with one shot...

Despite my earlier post i totally agree, unfortunately their seems to be no clear solution for crime & punishment. I have a rose tinted view that society has to change at it's core to minimise cruel & criminal behaviour. The human animal still has the instinct for dominance & violence so it wiil be a long time coming.

Simple, the dog gets the lead handshake (It's a bit like the golden handshake but a bit more sudden) and the owner gets locked up for say 5 years. There are dicks like these around watch out for them.
One of my aged neighbours was looking after their sons bloddy pit bull mut dog recently. My wife who is only about 56kg was walking our wee dog past the house when the dog jumped over the veranda and attacked her. My wee dog (He's a 11kg welsh terrier) got in the middle, latched onto the pit bull and held him off until help arived. Well Ted earnt all his vet bills and food for life that day.
The other dog got the lead handshake.

Why not just start by cutting out the middle man and be rid of the do-gooders n tree huggers,a certain percentage of the fuck ups will take notice and change there ways, those that dont get the same treatment.Wishful thinking methinks theres a large portion of the work force in NZ that have there mortgage payments paid by pandering to the fuck ups needs and wants no matter what they must feel whilst doing so.

Went to the Waitangi celebrations at Manukau yesterday... lady there had a pitbull, it was wearing a muzzle, kids were playing close by and you could see the dog 'eying them up' . Lady had to pull the dog away and make it lay down. It seemed ok with her but why would you want a dog like that, one you could never trust. It looked well cared for and in good nick... probably fed on the local kids that parents thought had just been taken off to jail or CYFS. But those dogs have just got that instinct in them... they're fucked from day 1... we don't need them.
