Kapiti Coast Sunday (7th Feb) Ride Waikanae to Vinegar Hill plus backroads

Ok people its time for a northern run and while the weather holds out I thought about escaping for a Sunday ride ;)

Heres the game plan for this Sunday 7th February

Startpoint - Waikanae Railway Station Car Park
Takeoff 8-30am

Ride plan
Waikanae - Levin - Shannon - Ashhurst - Feilding - Cheltenham - Vinegar Hill - Ohingaiti - Pemberton - Peep-o-day - Kimbolton - Feilding - Sanson - Waikanae

As normal open invitation for all bike types and people to join me for a little adventure into the wilderness (I've never ridden this route before)
Join at any point just let me know where beforehand

Ride your own ride or tag along but were plan catch up points to regroup or inject caffeine where needed

How many people did you get out? Was that you outside the Waikanae Subway store at 9:00am?

Four bikes today, three groups met at Waikanae for rides today. Triumph club, Ulysses, and us. We left at 0835. So answer to your question is no.

Absolutely great ride, good to meet you guys ( yes, my tyre pressures were all over the place - wondered why all of a sudden the bike couldnt go round corners!)
4 of us went, the guys outside Subway were either the Tiumph riders or Ulysses - both groups were there at the same time this morning.

Yea great 390km run and company. Loved Fielding - Ohingati - Pemberton - Kimbolton the most
Big Col should be wary now of taking out sparrows with his goldwing. One manage to nail his screen with such force that it dismounting the GPS holder bracket and send it to its freedom
Search party back tracked to try and find it but to no avail
Really nice ride up in that area and keen to do some more exploring
