You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Pixie again.

Okay, allow me to explain.
Pixie's post made me laugh, so I was going to give him reputation (the little star at the bottom of his post) thanking him for the laugh.
As he was within the last 3 people I have given it to tonight, that caption came up.
So, i just copied it and posted it, so pixie would know what I meant.
Sorry, didn't mean to confuse....

Gotcha. Didn't know about the reputation thing around here, now I know.
And I called it spinning string clock originally in the video because I didn't know what it was called, hence the post here. :D

They just showed a clock using this escapement, made of Meccano on James May's toy stories.
It's called a flying pendulum escapement.
