Well Malcolm and I decided late on Sat morning that we would go up to race at the first round of PMCC buckets/motards @ Roy's Hill in the weekend! Firstly, thanks for the awesome weather that you put on for us and secondly, thanks for an awesome day!
We rocked on up to the track at about 7.45am as we were used to the early starts at Kaitoke. Turned out we could have slept in but we had lot's of time to organise ourselves and the bike as well as catch up with a few people we hadn't seen in a while.
Even though it was a later start we got HEAPS of track time and got to watch a healthy grid of Motards. The 4 wheelers were a bit of fun to watch too...
At $20 each (we were sharing a bike) we could not have got better value for money. Although I was gutted that I had to sit out the races tahnks to my Crapal Tunnel (sp on purpose!) I really enjoyed the time I spent on your awesome track. I am pretty sure that Malcolm did too... ;)
It was awesome to watch the 2 11yo's out there at lunchtime although I really hope that they are never in the same class as me. Good on you guy's (PMCC) for encouraging them, I think lol :niceone:
Thank's to Tyler for getting me some strapping for my wrist and thanks to all the organisers and other riders for an awesome day.
We'll be back!! :D
