Hi there!
Have been on this forum once before. I was on my way to NZ for a summer trip a couple of years back!
That trip did not get on the way because Isle of Man had it's 100 year anniversary and
we had to choose between the two. (there is never enough money...)
Now it feels that i am back on track and planning for a new trip to NZ.
It has been a dream for over 10 year to bike across New Zealand on two wheels.
My current bike is a very down beat bad looking Kawasaki zx9r that i bought from a stunter.
I bought it cheep and have my plans on learning how to do repairs!
I have gotten the engine up and running, fixed new forks, and on and on!
So far the bike has cost me around 1500nz$ But there is still the electronics and paint etc still to do!
Hope perhaps to se you within a couple of years : )
