So what's the scoop with Lizzard? Is he gone for all money? Past it?
Seriously he was the only bloke anywhere near Everts in, was it '06? Then cruelly missed the tile the next year thanks to that injury, and seems to have been on a slow inevitable slide ever since. Should he hang up the nylons?

I wouldn't call it a slide he was still 6th the in the world last year. To me its depends on how good the Aprilia is as well. When I heard about I have high hopes for him this year. We all know if Aprilia set their mind to something they will do it very well! Although with Ktm going down to 350 and Aprilia being a Vtwin only time will tell which direction the manufacturers are going is correct? Some might even be correct for certain tracks and others for alternate track? Who knows! IMHO Josh has still got it and can compete with Carolli and Philippaerts etc.
I'm hoping he will be the winning rank outsider or surprise manufacturer/rider package and clean the bloody lot of them up! But everyone here knows that I'm wrong most of the time LOL!!
Here's hoping!! I'd much rather have a Kiwi win than a Ktm! GO Josh!
PS I don't agree with this having to quit while at the top?
You climb up slowly through the ranks and as long as you enjoy your racing why not slide down through the ranks. Especially if you are still getting factory rides.
Ah well just my 2c.

Yep, fair comment too. He's still quick and if he's enjoying it why stop?
