Used to know a guy who straightened propellor shafts. He used a blow torch and a wet rag. An idea perhaps?

Most quad rear axles will straighten using a press, dial gauge and a bit of time.
Any local engineer should be able to sort it for you.

The problem if you keep on straightning the axle is it will easily bend again and again till you get sick of it and spend the $$ on a new stronger axle and carrier which is like $1500 for one you cant brake. The you will brake your swing arm. A mate of mine has just been down this path.
Maybe get it re heat treated once straight?

for a more permanent fix,
1; replace bent axle
2; sell quad
3; get a bike with 2 wheels and never get a bent axle
*steps 2 & 3 could be done in reverse order if money allows.
