Many people have told me I'm stupid over the years but I always thought "Nahhh..they're just jealous eh..."

Apparently not. If this morning's episode is anything to go by...

Went to see a property. On the bike. Took the seat bag in with me rather than leave it on the bike outside. (It contained lotsa stuff including wallet and bank deposit book with couple hundred dollars inside...).

May as well have left it outside anyway as it turned out.

Saw the property and returned to bike. Geared up etc etc and crossed town to the bank to put in the money. Get off bike, reach for seat bag. Not there...:eek5:...oh shit. Bet I didn't do up the clips, eh...musta fell off...:wacko:

So back aboard and retrace route looking for bag which of course is not evident anywhere. I did think that if it was anywhere it would be close to where I left from given the nature of motorcycle rides...:crazy:

Got all the way back without seeing it. Come round last corner and there it is on the side of the road right where I had parked. Heave vast sigh of relief and CLIP IT ON this time...:yes:

Maybe I should buy that property eh? Neighbours must be honest...or all at work...

I have a Magnetic tank bag ... easy to carry when not attached to the bike ... And no clip's ...

Yeah, I DO, actually - not for on the bike, just so I can put my assorted crap in it, instead of in my pockets or in the wife's handbag.

Twice already! Third time the charm! :pinch: I think you need to sort using that bag unless you feel like wanting to ring up your banks and cancel cards, bemoan loss of cash ... and need to rekey the house and other such hum-drum things!
