RGV wheels for WR250f

Any one out there put RGV wheels on a WR250F. About to do it and just wondering if there are any pitfalls to watch out for. Also am making this bike road registered and wondering what is a good headlamp (other than standard) that is road legal. Looking for some sort of street fighter look for it. Any help appreciated.
