Just wondering if someone can give me an idea of the format to a Nationals race weekend. Eg how many practise/qualifying sessions on the saturday, how many laps are the two races on sunday etc etc, appreciate any guideline really.

Except that Lunch on Sunday is at 1:00 and everything else moves by one hour.
