I think there is a newish Coyote's up there. I know the Head chef at the wellington one and a couple of the guys that went up to the new one. I will ask today and post an answer tonight.

There are a few of them up here at the moment. Can't remember all the details but I saw them on here (http://www.seek.co.nz/index.aspx). Just put North Island - other in the first window then select Hamilton and fill out the rest as you need. When I saw them I just left the rest blank and searched through them all. Ok have spoken to the guys at Coyote's in Wellington. They say it is usually a timing thing so just go in and ask.

The Head Chef is Kevin if you tell him that Gary who used to work with him at the wellington one sent you hopefully it might help if he remembers me!!! I left to go to Kitty O'Shea's

It is another option for you anyway.

Quasievil would i be able to email you a CV? I got 751, 752 and London City and Guilds, been chefing for nearly 9 years, havent worked in a hotel though.
