After market decals, there are a few sites/places that do kawa and yamy which was great when doing up the lc's
but i need honda decals mvx to be exact... anyone know of such a place that might do em?

I would ask at the local sign shop. They are expert at getting images off the net and re-producing what you want for not too much money.

I can do the 'MVX250F' and the Honda wing. The stripey bits are not possible without having the actual bike to play with.
