Here is the first of my backwards facing vids from the trackday at Hamptondowns this past weekend.

Its my first attempt with the camera so just cable tied it to the pillion seat applied liberal duct tape to keep it in place.

I hope to have 1 or 2 more up soon if my computer would hurry up and render! Anyway, enjoy...

that wall at 3:42 (turn 7) is a worry. I almost introduced myself and my bike to it at around 140kmh after a slight lapse in concentration. You can see that the wall is actually open and it is quite possible to have a front on collision with the wall if things go wrong for you.

:shit: That's a worry, never noticed that while flying past. Its hard to tell from that angle but it may be at quite shallow angle to the track.

Its a track access road and it is at a very shallow angle to the track.

Here are Session 3's vids, that's the one where the session had to be restarted because someone's tool bag belched sockets and T bars right in the center of turn 4! Enjoy...

Is that right? So if someone gets duffed up the inside and ends up running wide, or gets pushed out to the edge of the track then they won't be at risk?

This particular time it was my own cockup, but you only have to watch the video of the Mini getting rolled, bowled and arseholed into the inside wall to see that it doesn't take much for things to go wrong if you're in a close battle during a race.
