Yeah, it was pretty stupid, but putting her down is a bit harsh, she's only young.

Oh you mean him..

what on earth did they expect? a nice cup of tea and a scone?

naive to think that he wouldn't be scheming to get something out of it.

very stoopid. very lucky to get out of there as easily as they did

so...there goes many more 1000's of our dollars to lock him up again (3rd term @ criminal school), when all we should be paying for is about $1 worth of lead

I would be interested to know of his performance in prison whether he was indecently exposing himself etc in there.
that would give evidence of his sexually deviant behaviour.
Also, hopefully its 3 strikes and this mofo is off the streets for good.

Perhaps. If they had removed themselves from the gene pool, then they would definitely be Darwin Award contenders.

Something smells about this whole story. Like why do a story on Bailey Kurariki now? What was the angle or news interest (prior to this latest kerfuffle)? Why visit the home of a known fellon without clearing it with the Police or probation service? What young Bailey does in the privacy of his own home is Bailey's business -- including showing rightful contempt for the Herald On Sunday.

Maybe I should have preceeded the title with the words 'potential' or 'could have been' or 'nearly'.

Agreed - I think that the intention was to make news, not gather it.

They did rather well...

When I worked for Justice in he early 90's it cost approx $100k to keep an inmate in maximum security.

He doesn't deserve to be free, and he doesn't deserve to use $100k per year on my taxpayer dollars.

I have a solution - I have some spare space in my chest freezer.

There are time when I do wonder if we should adopt the chinese practise for billiing the family for said bit of lead......... Family environment when growing up is a large part of how he turned out after all.

Sending two young ladies to the home of a convicted murderer. What could possibly go wrong?

Guillotine his little ding dong. Problem solved.

The problem is finding a knife small enough to take the job on.

That arrogant smarmy little turd will get that smirk wiped of his face in prison eventually.

I was once a true believer in the idea behind capital punishment... but realise that it's just not going to happen... too many bleeding hearts etc... I do however have another idea... Look, we sold sheep to Japan and called them poodles... let's jam convicts full of botox and sell them as crash test dummies... win win as far as i can tell...

yea, im not so sure. not like he's a paedo that would have a hard time

i suspect he prob has more privileges inside than out

in his element so to speak and all he's ever known

destined to spend the greatest majority of his life there no doubt, his infamy considered, and as a 'lifer' with the connections will prob have quite a bit of influence/be higher in the pecking order.

nice thought tho

Waste of a bullet to shoot him. Just tie him up... we'll be able to reuse the rope in probably about 1-2 weeks.

Hmmm, that's an interesting thought... just how long would it take New Zealand's youngest murderer to die of dehydration/starvation?

that arsewipe should be dropped in a hole 2 feet in diameter and a hundred feet deep and only allowed out when he shits his way to the top.............dirty little fucker

I dunno about that. He's no doubt got some 'street cred' in there for being our youngest murderer and that would go a long way to explaining that smirk.

I don't think he's salvageable and Corrections don't appear to be doing a great deal about his antics while on parole. He should have gone back in ages ago.

Shoot the cunt. Problem solved.

I would gladly pay for the bullet, if someone would just get it done!

How does the law relate to the fact that they went to the mutts own kennel?

Does that give him some kind of technical out?

Yeah, someone should do him big time in a shower room.

....heck, he might enjoy it.

Edit: Oh wait, I found the perfect tool. Mafia style, cigar cutter. :pinch:

in terms of the masty/exposure yup, probably. they were in the privacy of 'his' home voluntarily

the groping? don't know, they haven't said he tried to prevent them from leaving, or asked him to stop so we might see very little come out of it

and... not so much a 'technical out' as much as he probably hasn't done anything at all illegal in the first place :2guns:

although from memory after his first release it was a condition that he was banned from talking to media......don't know if that still applies now
