It should be an exclamation mark.
It's where you say 'bugger!'.
The really boring bit starts on the way to Wellington.

There is a 'trojan horse' type big wooden bull on a trolley with wheels that sits outside the medical centre.

I think it gets towed down the road when they have there Xmas parade.

Look why the thud... somethings that are obvious to you might not be obvious to others... I have googled it...and there is not specific materistic item... the teacher wants A ICON...not a lot of pictures of bulls on walls, etc.

I knew asking you lot would be asking for it... so play nice, she is only 8...and is asking for help.

no giant bulls as far as i know, but i seem to recall something on the road you turn down to head towards desert road. maybe one of the ohakea locals will know? there is the water tower thing, but i dont think its in the same calibre as the carrot or the l&p bottle.

edit: the only really "iconic" thing that i can think of is many buildings [shops, school etc] have words on them that end in"bull' ie, for the school, "educata-bull." i think even the rubbish bins have "disposa-bull" painting on the rims, lol. dont think its what you are after, but its unique and something i havent seen else where in nz.

Okay, for ONCE and FOR ALL, the Icon, is actually the big Trojan BULL.
It is right outside the Medical Centre if you have missed it.

The Air Base near Bulls is actually all the way in Manawatu..... NOT the Rangitikei town of Bulls.
Bulls was originally called Clifton, if you all want another Pub Fact.....

Arguably the most famous person (a side from me) to come from Bulls is Ex Ferrari Formula 1 Works Driver, Chris Amon.

Other interesting stuff..... Bulls is located less than 10 Minutes from Manfeild.... and 150 minutes from Taupo....

The water tower is just behind the park on Taumahi street.

An icon? hmmmm, perhaps, an eyesore more like.

I wold say an Icon of Bulls would be the Rats Nest Bar in the centre of town.
