Hi Paul,

Well lookee at what I found this week: http://geoffjames.blogspot.com/2010/03/new-bookcase-triggers-nostalgic-bike.html

Does this take you back? Who else rode early Triumph twins? I reckon I've got a solid month's reading and old memories to be triggered with the 2 manuals I rediscovered:yes:

Cheers,

Geoff

The Triumph manual was packed full of good stuff I always went back and referred too.Cam timings, and how to degree the cams.Gearing charts and the speeds in each gear.Complete engine and gearbox rebuilds etc.I don't seem to have one anymore, but also don't remember ever giving one away...I wouldn't.Lost in many moves I'd say.

My BMW owners manual is pretty good by the standards of the time, and today.Gives torque and hp curves for each engine, gearing and speeds in gears at what rpm, wiring diagrams.
