anyone up for some afterwork mountain bikeing in riverhead?

decided I could do with getting fitter and don't really want to try keeping up with lycra clad nutters .But company makes it more interesting thinking monday nite bout 530 from the dual slaylom track... any one keen ?

There are some cool tracks in riverhead for mountain bikes, when i had my kona stinky i was up there all the time, the down hill track has some awsome jumps, never had the nerve to do the road gap thats a massive jump.
