View Full Version : Wellington bucketers not doing anything this Sunday (7th March)

The Kart club have another big race day and are low on flag marshals.

If you are not going to Taumaranui and have some free time can you help?

They are even offering free lunch and track time, see email below.

Desperate measures now

Goldstar this Sunday we need 8 helpers and so far we have 3

If you can come and help on the day with flagging or recovery vehicle we will give you free lunch on the day plus a voucher for a free clubday that you can use in the future

So thats this Sunday 7 March at the track from about 8.30am through to about 4.30pm

Even a half day would help

Please let me know asap

Damn, I would done this in a flash but have to go to Taupo for the iron man...as a spectator though!!

Let me know next time though and if I can I'll help out.

Ya never know though, maybe at a later date you'll have some competition. I still don't know how you do it, but you have got me a bit more interested in buckets. Guess time will tell, and as you say, I can always just hold a flag ;)
Only thing is it'll only be on away weekends that we meet up :)

Steal a bike, go out and have some fun!! I didn't think it would be my bag either, but once I tried it I was hooked! :) Like I said, doesn't worry me being the slowest thing out there, I'm not doing it to boost my self-esteem or anything, but because it keeps me in shits and giggles :laugh: Give it a go...... and I'll see you on the track soon hey!! :D
