Has anyone had reason to lower a VTR250 -97-2005?
I think there might be enough lowering by removing a few MM of seat foam .
No links on the rear shock so the only place to lower seems to be the front forks.
The riders still on L plate/70k speed limit so its for confidence as they get used to the bike
Any comments?

The most important things the lady learner needs is time, baby-steps, and no pressure.
Maybe even a pit-bike for her to putter around on - just for funsies. :niceone:
But yeah, skim and narrow the seat, lower the front. I raised the forks in my wifes' 650 and it didn't quicken the steering at all that I could see.
