Nah,Ive got a black bike and I got stung on the neck yesterday.
I was doing 120km,the little shit must of been flying backwards.
Ain't it odd that you say "I'll just ignore it an carry on" but you have to stop an rub the spot, have a bitch ect.

One of lifes mysterys.Been there, done that! Not a pleasant experience at all. Was riding a '95 Tiger Fireblade (bronze/orange) at the time, so maybe just maybe the lil' savage insects are attracted to pretty coloured motorcycles?? :sly:
I rode for a while till a spot to stop came up then pulled the sting out after locating it by looking in the rearview mirror. Very little swelling.
Just trying to get to 200 posts while I wait for the bike race on Prime.
Man I hope to god I dont get stung or else I better get to the hospital quick smart! Would be interesting to see if I could get to hospital before I stopped breathing :killingme

couple of weeks ago a bloody big blowfly managed to get inside my helmet and tried to settle himself down on the inside of the visor, bit hard to concentrate on my riding until I evicted him

Had that happen (and I'm allergic to the little dears...) was worried so I went screaming around to the doc who said "Why didn't you just go home and put ice on it?"
Bloody common sense getting in the way of a well deserved panic...
