View Full Version : 3M Dual Lock for a head light protector

Having sussed that my old XT headlight protector fits my DR650 headlight, I was impressed that for a few dollars of 3M dual lock circles I wouldn't have to fork out for a new cover...

Trouble is that I've Googled and rung a good number of NZ suppliers and I can't seem to get the product anywhere

I'd be grateful if anyone could point to a supplier, or otherwise I'll be getting some shipped from AMPH (http://www.amhp.com.au) in Oz.

Cheers Bish

perhaps it was the 'high handed' way that you phrased your response that the muppet was objecting to.

No fuckhead guys like you are a pain in the arse. The internet is full of shit - like your mind arsewipe. The trick is to ask questions from those who have already been down that road. There will always be someone who isn't too far up their saggy arses that will provide an answer & usually in a helpful way & not with an arrogant belittling patronising attitude you limp wristed lisping ccko scuker.
Squeeze your Rossi replica helmet back onto that pile of crap you call a head & fuck off back to roadriderville.

Nice

And to think I started the thread to find some Dual Lock.... :innocent:

Agree with Padmei by the way, I thought the idea of forums on KB was to help stop re-inventing the wheel, and tap into the knowledge of those who might have travelled along that road before... Even if I'm not the best Googler/Search monkey in the world

Um at the risk of being treated like an idiot (by some) What is this 3m stuff?

It's the "strong" velcro. Kinda like little plastic mushrooms that form an interference fit. Much stronger than the regular hooks 'n' loops velcro. Often used for mtb helmet lights, helmet cams etc. Anything that needs to break loose on impact but be held fairly securely.
