To all of the people who rode today, many thanks for making the effort.
last year the car park at Sylvia park was almost choka, today we got maybe one corner partially filled.
I noticed many bikes going away from Mt Wellington and even more bikes heading away from our Destination(The Sally Army HQ in Papakura) These were most likely the mods, Rockers and rodders guys and giirls, heading out from Pukekohe earlier this morning.
Point is,
Didn't the message get out there well enough on KB, in Kiwi Rider?.
Dont know if it was advertsied at all to be honest.
BRONZ have for many years had a hugly successful Easter Run.
Not nearly as succesful today as past years, but nevertheless we rode and the Kids will get an easter egg or two thanks to the kindness and continued generosity of the bikers who did make it out today.
I firmly believe that while the BRONZ executive are grateful to those who do ride, that they must be wondering where everyone else got to, today , but can't say so or ask this particular question for fear of alienating themselves and depriving the Kids of their special easter treats donated by Bikers.
So I thought I would.
Where The Bloody Hell R Ya's? a question for the many guys and girls who have attended this particular run for many years (nine at least)
And for all those who saw the event calendar and thought. Yep! going to that.
So , again thanks to all who rode for the sally Army Kids and donated their time their money and their Easter Eggs to the kids.
