Ok- just to let ya's know before she goes on Trade Me.
She's in pretty good nick, ideal learner's bike. Very forgiving, and less of a worry if she tips over (no fairing, not shiny and new...).
New chain & sprockets, new fork seals, had the top end redone and has generally been very well looked after.
I am only the third owner.
Will come with heavy duty cable lock and a cover and various other bits and pieces I have lying around (e.g. spare brake levers). You can also have my helmet as a spare (IF you fit it); I haven't crashed it.*
52,000 k's on the clock.
I do want to hold on to her until the weekend of 11/12 June, though...
*If not, if anyone in Welly has need of a spare pillion helmet, let me know. You can have it- want to get another one in Oz.

*bump*
Goes on Trademe tomorrow (sob).
Oh, she also comes with a pack rack and a bag that fits onto it which is very handy for carrying your stuff around town and getting a few necessaries from the supermarket...
You can also have my little toolkit I got to do basic adjustments etc.
Save her from the Trademe demons, somebody!

Are you selling your "Peugot 10 Speed Ladies Racing Bike" you bought off trade-me? :ride:
That's a good add, you'll have no trouble getting rid of the beast!

Interesting little bike. Not interested in it though. Doesn't have nitrous or a turbo

Nah it's ok, I've been stalking you in person for months. I've broken in when everyone's out and plucked the hair out of your hairbrush. Almost have enough for a hairdoll

I don't have a hairbrush... oh. So that's what happened to the toilet brush.
Oh... dear.

Ahh but lest you forget wee lass, being of Scottish heritage, you are predisposed to spending most of your time with your head in the toilet  :puke:  :puke:  :puke: :puke: :puke:
SO... I still got me the makings of a hairdoll

She's GONE.
A very nice man took her away. Eventually; after I'd finished babbling on about checking her oil and looking after her properly and not being beastly to her.
A very strange feeling: she wasn't much, but she was my first bike- and now I haven't got a bike at all.... for now.
*wail*
Didn't expect to feel quite this sad. Partly because I'm going, too- and most of my happiest memories are going to revolve around riding The Beastie and meeting you fullahs. Boo hoo...

The tragic end of an era. I have travelled several hundred kilometres astern of that trusty GN. Smelled a bit like downwind of the Ngaio chippie on a Friday night, but did the business pretty darned well.
It's hard to believe you're leaving us Jaz. I hope it wasn't something I said...

It was listed (http://www.trademe.co.nz/structure/auction_detail.asp?id=28241781) on trade-me, in her second post.
Very sorry to see it go Jas. Don't worry, you know you only have to ask if you want a pillion ride, and you will have many offers. Just yell.

The gn gone. I shouldnt be sad to see it go after following the slow bloody thing for several thousand km's. Staying up all night getting it road ready, watching jaz slide it down the road. Watching the cop chase jaz (lol)
But that is what gets us attached to our different lumps of metal. the adventures shared and suffered. Dam Im gona miss the bloody thing.
legend machine that with jaz at the helm traveled further in the short time she had it than some people travel in a couple of years.
