Does anyone know how to get the swingarm bushes out of a Honda SL100 swingarm? I'm slowly progressing with my rebuild but this bit has me stumped. And while I'm at it, I'd like to know how to put the new ones in - just in case there is some trick that I need to know.

I still plan to do a resto post on this project when I get enough screwing under my belt, so to speak.

Not familiar with old hondas but generally for the non full length pivots, a vice with a socket pushing on the bush & a bigger socket for it to fall into on the other side is easy enough. A dose of heat helps a lot. For full width swingarms you are better with a press but can get by with a drift in most cases, again with some heat. Can make a puller with a bolt/socket & thick washer but have to get it behind the bush in the first place so you have to drift one side anyway.

What he said. Except before thinking about removing the bushes Id soak em in WD40 for awhile. From memory I replaced the bushes in mine with bronze bushes

yeah they usually are rubber sandwich between two steel sleeves on old Hondas which was a queer idea.
