Ive got me bike ad on here, trademe and the T&E.
Ive had one offer of swapping it for a 4g coffee machine on TM, which my intestines react to coffee and I nearly die of pain.
Ive had about 5 from T&E, all from people living overseas wanting to ship out my bike.
2 of them want to pay more than the asking price! Yeah right......
1 lives in India....
1 lives in Oz, but works on ships, wants my bike picked up and shipped to his girlfriend in Malaysia, Yeah right......
And the best, a chinese girl would love to buy my car........

Watch out everyone, now that T&E is internet live, you get all the scammers from around the world, and its taught me there must be a horrible flaw in Paypal, because every single one of them absolutely insists on using it. They refuse to use internet banking.

Also on T&E, theres a female I contacted selling a 2007 toyota corolla. In 7 years of looking at cars on the net, Ive never seen a deal this good...... $3700 for the car.
I email "her". 2g cash and a daihatsu mira runabout for swap?
Ok she says, but I need the cash by tommorrow, I live in the UK, and I want it via Paypal.
Then I will send the address for where the car is to be picked up from......
So when do you want me to ship you the $1200 mira?, fuckwits.
Whats worse is Ive contacted T&E warning them of it over a week ago, the ad is still on.

I had exactly the same thing when I I advertised the Blackbird on TradeMe last October, reported it, had an acknowledgement and heard no more. Caveat Emptor!

No, they genuinely pay your paypal account, usually with money from someone elses' hijacked bank account, then they get you to pay the 'shipping company' or somesuch other person with western union. Usually they will contact paypal and claim the goods were never delivered and get the paypal transaction reversed - not that they care too much - that wasn't their money anyway and they got paid through your western union payment. Basically, they do the money-go-round until it's untraceable with lots of stolen accounts and credit cards.

This is what viruses are for - to sit on your computer and handle their transactions for you.

Actually, it sounds like my place, to a degree.

When we left Auckland it was like a big weight had been lifted off our shoulders. Sure we still have bills and we have to work etc but the stress levels are minimal here, the traffic is also minimal and the people are genuine and friendly.

Turn the TV off, the radio off, the pooter off and it's bliss. Go for a walk and in five minutes you'd swear you were in the back-blocks. That's coz down here you actually are!
