Buying leather for a seat (in Wellington)

Hello folks, I'm really keen to make a seat to fit my bike - pretty much have a plan for the base etc, but....

anyone got an idea where I could buy a scrap of black leather big enough to cover the seat - preferably in Wellington (so I can go look at it), rather than off the internet.

Good price would be great as well just in case this doesnt work out.

Try car trimmers, I would have thought you would be able to get a off cut from them for next to nothing..
