Readers of Australian Motorcycle News will no doubt have seen/heard of/read Boris's columns over the past 18 months.
I remember his very first column after joining the mag, 1st paragraph went something like this
"Fairings are for poofters. Big buttery ones that like rough man sex in seedy public toilets."
Since then, I've looked extremely forward to his ramblings and road tests. I also enjoy reading all the hate mail he gets in the readers letter section and when worthy of one, his replies.
This guy has got to be the most controversal bloke in motorcycle journalism.
Very fucken funny bastard.
Who else likes him?

Don't get the mag very often, but yeah, funny every time.

I do. But that message would be too short.
I like the fact he has his own mind. Most of the time.

Yeah, I'm not entirly convinced he has his own mind, just seems sometimes to automatically take the opposite view of popular oppinion.
Fucken hilarious watching him rip into his more vocal opponents.

Could you give me a few of his more memorable quotes, if you have any spare time at the dealership ? :mobile:

Yeah, he and his mates are rough, tough bikers alright. Brother Silverback even had to sell his bikes to do home improvements.

You asked for it!
"I've been meaning to burp some of the tedious queers who keep on about the supposed glories of crash helmets for a while now"
Here's a relevant one.
"My first accident happened three months into my riding career - which is right about the time I knew everything there was to know about this bike-riding caper."
There's a couple. There are some better ones but I can't be fucked going looking right now.

Fuck - sounds like me.
Maybe this guy knows a few things, after all!

Yup, Boris is the most contraversial read in that magazine for sure. I look forward to his scribes each issue.
