Sometimes you just have to give over controll to someone who knows the ropes aye ! Or where the ropes are at least !

To my kids.... i leave them to fight over the bikes, to my ex wife ... the dept !

Skydive Taupo, this weekend ! Not to sure about being buttfucked at 10000 ft but seeing i'll probably be shitting myself, good luck to them !

Did 13,000ft a year ago...and still buzzing, . and get a video of it if you can. Had to laugh when some other people jumped out on the way up at 10,000 ft and “Todd” hooked me up nice and tight..and said we need to do this just doing this in case they hit the tail on the way out and we need to get out of here in a hurry...
Enjoy!

Done about three tandem skydives and each time was was brilliant. Twice above Taupo and once above franz josef.

Taupo on a clear day is the best place - the lake from above looks stunning.

You'll enjoy it for sure - it's one hell of a rush.

The Tandem Side Spin Phenomenon has now been well documented by Bill Morrissey, of Strong Enterprises. The Instructor Examiner should explain the causes, avoidance, and solutions to this potentially dangerous situation
If the side spin is allowed to continue, and not abated quickly, the high "G" forces will cause the Tandem Instructor and student to "black out".

Enjoy the skydive!

I did it for my 11th birthday (yes, many many years ago and my parents were CRAZY to let me do it at that age). Still remember the incredible feeling after 14 years. Plus it was my first ride in a plane - the old thing was in such bad shape I was quite happy to jump out of it!! :)

I jumped out above Glenorchy — euphoria for days! My tandem even handed me the controls for a bit, then demonstrated the g-forces possible with a spiralling parachute... Amazing experience. Enjoy!

The big kids made me jump off the shed roof with an umbrella after seeing (supposedly) done in a cartoon when we were kids!

It didn't work!

It didn't turn inside out, it just tipped me up and slapped me down on my back and I got winded and thought I was going to die!

When I was at high school in the ATC, I was wearing a parachute when a big Northwest gust picked me up and slung me into tree hedge!

Have always been a bit cautious about parachute's since then, jumping out of aeroplanes doesn't quite cut it for me, to each their own. :shifty:

Haha the lip was quivawing a little at the door ! You might see i had the gob open wide to stop the jowles from flapping for a lot of the freefall, even tried the tongue out the window trick (but woulda poked steve in the eye if i'd let it all the way out lol)
I've travelled at over 200 kph before but never straight down, has to be the best rush yet !
