Well yesterday morning, Sunday 11th April, did the usual thing and met up with some fellow riders on the hill top, and what followed was a real eye opener for most present

1103 Matt arrives with one of his usual posse, we wave accross the carpark, my mates we meeting aint arrived yet so chilling in the sun, havin a smoke

1104 this white Starlet pulls in, angry guy about 29-35ish leaps out and starts screaming at Matt and his friend 'you c**ts think this is a f***ing racetrack....blah blah'
THEN he races around his car and before ya can say 'holy shit' the pratt smacks Matt one in the nose! A ring or such on his hand cut Matt and blood flowed freely!

Most of the regular Taka riders and KBers round Welly/Rappa region know Matt by face at least, ZXR1400, black, custom shotgun type pipes, nice guy who ALWAYS rides with respect and consideration. Regular hangs with Pete and his GSX1400, regulars at Hooters and the Summit etc.

I ran accross the carpark to add numbers to Matts team and try deflame the situation a bit, and Mr Angry spins on me to say 'What the f***s this got to do with you c**t' and I reply 'hes my mate, just settle down dude' (or words of such....)

Now it gets nasty
The idiot in the starlet heads back to his driver door, there is a English Bull terrier in the car and I immediatley start thinking, how good are these leather pants?
But instead of the dog, the guy gets out a bloody CLUB!
A modified Pool Q with a big square lump of wood wired onto the fat end, and he heads straight for me! There is no mistaking this guy carries this 'tool' in his doorwell for instant access, bloody insane!

Now I did a shitload of Karate in my youth, so I am not too fased, im watching to see what way he swings this thing and see if I can get inside the arc and crush his knee - its now a do or die situation IMO - but even worse... Kelly my Girlfriend jumps in his face! NOOOOOOOO.........

She's between me and the nutter, teling him it aint worth it, let it go! Just let it go she says to him, im freaked, shes between us AAARGH!
Thankfully, woman in face, Mr Idiot suddenly deflates, says 'F**k this, im out of here'

He gets in his car, shouting vile threats and raging like a P freak, and takes off back toward Upper Hutt

Well we have his number plate on a cellphone pic, and my HUGE concern is, if hes willing to face off 3 bikers, all in armoured leathers, and has ready to grab weapons in his car, what might happen to the next bikert he gets offended by? Someone who may be alone with no back up
Seems all Matt did to get this idiot fired up was pass him near Kaitoke, and I have riddenw ith Matt enough to know hes a considerate type of rider

Here is the number plate peoples.
EJU134

White Starlet, guy says the Rimutaka Hill is "his" hill, quote verbatim : "This is MY FUCKING HILL CUNT I LIVE HERE AND IM SICK OF YOU CUNTS TREATING IT LIKE A RACE TRACK"

If anyone reading this knows the guy, suggest he gets some help, this was way overboard, and could have become far worse than it was (thanks Kelly) because one more step from mr Idiot, I swear he would have been crippled for life, no way was I letting him past me with that pool Q and I reckon the wrist gaurds in my QMOTO Race jacket were more than capable of stopping his little stick while I broke his legs...the dog was scarier but thankfully he left it in the car!

Meantime, Police have his number but word of warning for all of ya, there is a very angry wee man living soemwhere on the Rimutaka Hill (or approaches) who does NOT like anyone passing his white starlet, so just be aware of any white strlets pulling into the summit behind ya's KBers

You should have stuck a camera in his face and made a show of documenting his efforts.

That would have made him think twice about his actions, especially 'armed with a club'.

Wow, second incident in a couple of weeks. Didn't a bloke have a mazda 121 try and force him into the chesscutters around kapiti coast the other week?

What's with the small car drivers trying to get bikers?

So is the biker who was punched going to press charges for assualt?

So is the biker who was punched going to press charges for assualt?

Just needed the number plate pic to proceed, cops very keen to meet Mr Starlet and couldnt get a good enough resolution from phone screen on the day
Theyll follow it up I am sure...presenting weapons in public is one of thier jobs, not ours!!!

I posted the tale up more so regulars on the Hill, commuters and such are aware of the pratt and can keep an eye out for White Starlets !!!

At least his details have been captured by the quick thinking of the riders there so the police will have a record started on this guy, should he do something like that again. Did anyone get the details on the 121 driver?

Yup but unfortunately they had a fake license plate on the car.

Here is the thread:

How many bikers does it take to toss a Starlet over a fence?

(More seriously, I think the fact that the bunch of you didn't all just jump on the guy immediately and smack him around, showed good restraint. Even with his weapon (in the car at that stage) I'd suspect you'd all be wearing asault charges.)

Thanks for the warning.

Holy smoke...

I ride the Taka's on my own mostly and this stuff is insane.

I did have an issue on Sunday coming back down the Hutt side, but it
was due to a learner car driver holding everything up.

Mental note taken: Do not to piss of a white starlet.

that just disgusts me, i think u guys handled the situation well..but sounds like the guy needed a good beat down.

violence and anger like that would make u think hes on P.

even if the 5\0 get a hold of him fuck all will be done about it.

No, the cops will turn up at his house, get a statement.........8 months later when he goes to court, it would have all died down, the judge will tell him he was naughty, then this fuckface will claim to be a victim of child abuse. He will get 3 years of free councelling and a sickness benefit until he is "healed".

The guy Matt will be charged with passing illegally and for hurting the guys hand with his face.

Welcome to the N.Z justice system.

He's a prime candidate for my pit of death.

Should have smacked him up a little bit. These kind of people only speak one language. Fire with fire.

In other news, buying the carjam report won't give you his exact address. It'll give you the suburb, at best. Attached is an example of what you'll get (a screen capture from one of the numerous carjam reports that I have purchased - Names clipped for privacy reasons).

Darren Robert Carter of KAITOKE

He has owned it for 4 weeks since March 15th 2010

5 years ago I wouldnt have hesitated to pay Daz a visit, and then I would likely have dealt with the issue on the spot..............but hey im a wee bit older and a little more well known now, so best not to do anything rash

However anyone who KNOWS our buddy Darren, point him at this thread so he can read what a fuckwit he is in person.
I still find it hard to believe we all stayed so cool, it could easilly have been a man (should say 'boy') slaughter charge for one of our side if it had escalated any further

Violence is not the way to deal with the situation. If this behaviour is typical for this guy he may well be on probation or he could have other offences which with a conviction for assault and possession of a weapon could easily see him in prison.

I know some of you do not have faith in the judicial system but some of us know it can work. Let the police deal with it and hope that you get a judge that sees Rimutaka prison as a good place to send this guy. And yes he does sound like a P head and why would you want to risk taking on someone who might be off his nuts (no impulse control/ hightened emotions e.g. anger) and get yourself hospitalised?

If someone carries a weapon like that in their vehicle it shows a clear intention to either cause or receive trouble at any stage. A very common MO for gang members too.

Clearly he has no regard for the law and is likely to not give a toss about anything the police do anyway. Many of these crims are lifestyle crims. They just don't care and are bitter, dangerous people.

Routinely armed? Likely a serious bad-boy expecting trouble,

Willing to take on a group of males? clearly confidently violent,

Driving a white Toyota Starlet? - clearly a complete homo.

I would hope that Matt uses every bit of info he can to lay a complaint, and the cops can sort it out. Whether it was the owner or not, he'd know who was driving, and asshats like the road rager need to be off the road (fat chance, but we can hope eh)

As for as name and shame, it's very possible someone either knows the guy, the car, or had a similar run in before and can lend some weight to a complaint.

Cops rolled around the corner as the last one went down. Genuine self defence, nothing to show anything more than what was needed to defend themselves.

The Two guys who defended themselves against the FIVE had to use diversion and write them apology letters.

Used to call myself a loner but then an MC club made a patch with the name, so.... what does that make me now ?
Sure i have a few friends who have worn or are wearing patches over the years, their perogative !
I have ridden with a few different patched clubs and actually get off on the adrenalyn of riding in a tight pack (hence my stint at the race tracks) My perogative !

I hate to see the word gang and P written in the same sentance on a bike forum, as 9 out of 10 ppl will associate the word gang with a patched bike club and from where i sit on my self righteous fence, i've seen a lot of bike clubs ban their members from being associated with the drug (some even depatch members if they get involved) !

Road rage on the hill, ahh the memories  best one for me was, riding up the south side on a RG250 with a mate on the back who is the same height as me 6.6 and a little more rotund lol I know, a hilarious sight in it self. Anyways, it's mid week in the 80's (read hardly any traffic) I come up behind a white starlet on the passing lane 1/3 up, so I wind the mighty 250 up and we go to pass in the right lane and low and behold this arsehole veers all the way over into the right lane (we are the only two vehicles on this stretch of road) pushing us across to the other side of the road, obviously the mighty power of the RG250 was not to be denied and we went past anyways. So we get to the summit, get off the bike and walk over top the edge of the road with our best mean bad arse 250 stroker biker faces on and waited, and waited and waited and eventually he shows up...and ohhh how we laughed, his wife had seen us and actually lent over and started hitting the shit out of him and giving him the mother off all ear bashings! Viewing that we decided he was getting a pretty decent bashing and humiliation session without the need for us to do anything. So we left it at that.

Rather than confronting the arsehole, one could leave a note for him on the roadway outside
Then he (and his neighbours) will see it each and every time they leave, enter or pass the property :)

Has anyone rung him at his work ? That'll get him thinking. Especially if he gets a call every hour for a day from different bikers. He'll be watching over his shoulder at every biker, wondering.......are they out to get me ?

Maybe the Wednesday night ride (is that the right night/place?) could pass by his house a couple times.

No aggro or anything, just let him know the riders know about him.

What's with the small car drivers trying to get bikers?

We rode the Takas (for the first time ever) last Monday on our way down for our SI trip. We were riding through rain, low cloud, road works and blardy freezing temps so I'm very glad we didn't have to contend with any psychotic drivers as well!!! Having said that, we encountered nothing but polite, considerate drivers (cars and truck etc) with one exception - a driver of a VW beetle who took huge exception to Balu bunnyhopping on a long stretch of slow progress. He was so far up his exhaust I thought the dub was going to start humping the burger! (hate to think what babies that would produce).
All seriously though, the guy you're dealing with sounds like a complete and utter madman - just pleased to hear that you're all ok, esp. your girlfriend Stoney - wow, brave lady!

Q.What happened ?
I was in front, Graeme riding behind me (so he saw everything and how this idiot reacted)
As far as I can gather ..all I did to upset him was pass him ? ... this was on the straight just before the turn off to the speedway , so we're still in the 80kmph area .. line of traffic , wide centre strip in the road (you know where I am right ?) .. I'm just humming along in the centre strip and (HONESTLY) would'nt've been doing more than 90kmph.
Then just gently pulled back into the lane prior to the right hander , well in front of the line of traffic. No hassles at all , all very innocent.
Which is why I was kinda taken back a bit when this twat arrived at the top of the lump giving me all that ?!

Yup - I know the spot well - many is the time I have had some twat behind almost run into the back of me as I'm trying to turn into my driveway, and they're overtaking on the median strip! It's not a fucking passing lane (though it used to be!). You'd be suprised the number of crashes that occur on this very short, straight stretch of road. Funniest one was a long time back, when the two vehicles involved were both bikes from the MOT training school....

Still, it doesn't justify what this cockhead done - he deserves an assault charge.

It would be interesting to find this guy and get his version of events. He's obviously seen enough nutters riding like loonies over the Rimutakas to get wound up about about it and along comes the straw that broke the camel's back. We all know that one man's over-taking actions can mean lunacy to another. "That move was perfectly safe" versus "You ride like a maniac" and on it goes. In many such instances there are three sides to the story; yours, mine and the truth. The fact of the matter is; one could be forgiven for clipping someone's ear in the heat of the moment but to track that person down and clip them over the ear later will be frowned upon by the courts big time.

Now the FACT is it common assault, and presenting a weapon charges MINIMUM - Weapon - fist- bllood- assault most heinous and un justifiable

No one threatened the guy, no one did anything to warrant his actions, and Graheme and Matt are both real considerate riders, no matter how many times someones been carved up on that hill there is NO way either of these twoguys caused this to happen, I have followed them on the hill many times and they are very careful riders.

There is no 'yours, mine, and the truth' version here Peasea, not this time mate and no flaming at all, your simply wrong tjhis time

Matt lost blood and dignity (which he quickly recovered with a drag on his smoke lol)

I agree completely with everything said here. However, I think peasea was still making a valid point. Perhaps his explanation isn't "obvious" but it is at least plausible.

Here's what could have been going on inside Starlet man's head:

"I drive a shitty car and haven't slept in five days so I'm going to fight these bikers."

Alternatively:

"Motorcyclists regularly behave recklessly and irresponsibly on this road, in my opinion (which is the most important one).
I don't like this.
I should try to improve a situation I don't like. ----> Therefore, I'm going to try to improve this situation.
That biker passed me where I wouldn't have passed anything.
Anyone who overtakes where I wouldn't is reckless and irresponsible. ---> Therefore, he reckless and irresponsible.

---------->
Therefore, having identified a reckless and irresponsible biker I should try to get him to understand he shouldn't do this again.
I drive a shitty car and haven't slept in five days so I'm going to do this by punching him in the face and threatening him with a weapon."

There are many false premises in the above argument and clearly none of what Starlet man did was reasonable but that doesn't preclude there being more than one interpretation of events.

BTW, I don't doubt the version of events we've heard here in any way.

Full credit to the people involved exercising such control - rather proud of you all, well done!

Where in my post do I even hint at anyone being a liar? Read my post again (if in fact you read it the first time) and all I suggest is that it would be interesting to hear the other side of the story. Even a cop and/or judge would do that; it's called a fair hearing.

It appears obvious from his remark about bikers using the road as a race track that he's seen it all before, and guess what? So have I. I used to live in Wellington and used that road quite a bit; it never ceased to amaze me how mad some bikers were/are on that hill and YES, they do treat it like a race track so when someone cries 'enough' you cry 'foul'.

Shall we weigh up how many times bikers have raced over the hill versus how many times a member of the public has nutted at them?

I'm not saying this dude is right and I haven't called anyone a liar, pull your head in.

Hell this is interesting :) I live in upper Hutt and have been riding over this hill for 22 years . Its an awsome bit of road and a lot of fun . Over the last 2 years its hardly been worth scratching on because of the amount of spastic riders who cut through traffic and piss off drivers . They have made it embarrasing to be a biker on many occasions . Blue GSXR1000 who gave an old lady the bird because she was going too slow, black zx1000 who cut inbetween two way traffic causing car to slam on brakes in front another biker, blue gsxr that nearly knocked me off when he took a corner too fast and crossed into my lane . The vast majority of bikers are good and in it for the cruise but there are a few who treat SH2 like a private race track . There is a time and place for everything . There must be a reason for mr starlet to get upset . I have yet to hear of a road rage that just happened because it was a sunny sunday . Maybe its a case of frustration . Who hasnt wanted to belt someone because he feels pissed on , rightly or wrongly . I dont agree with mindless violence for the most part but also who would hit someone when there are 4 other badasses standing around to take him out . maybe he felt threatened and thats why he went for the beating stick . There might just be 2 sides to this story

I would suggest it is more that Stoney is expressing the degree of how angry he was. True that at the time he may have been tempted but I am guessing him and the others are probably now pleased they just assertively stood their ground. Cos while giving that guy a the smashing he definitely deserves would leave you feeling great for about an hour, we all know how much the fuzz really like bikers and would not be likely to see our side on the issue.

Well I agree with some of that but not with other parts. People in whatever mode of transport who hold up a line of traffic when there are places to pull over on those hills are annoying as hell and need to drink a big cup of wake the f@ck up. My old ute will only do about 50 up the hill with dirt bikes on the back so I keep my eyes on the rear view and as soon as I see traffic start building up behind me, I pull over at the next stop area and let them go past. It's not rocket science, just requires a bit of consideration.
But I have seen bikers that I know passing people on double yellows and then fob it off as a nothing when I ask them later.
In summary it's kind of a mixed bag on that road.
Whatever reason for mr starlet getting upset doesn't in the least justify his actions on the day and he should be held accountable. Though I have no faith in NZ justice system doing that. "Who hasnt wanted to belt someone because he feels pissed on , rightly or wrongly" and how many people do you know who have actually done that?

FTR I don't think Stoney and crew were doing anything wrong let alone that warranted that reaction. And peasea, there is no three sides to the story, there's only one, it's called the truth, you're either talking it or you're not.

You just joined yesterday.....mmmmmm....you're not a mate of Dazza's are ya ? ;)

But I have seen bikers that I know passing people on double yellows and then fob it off as a nothing when I ask them later.

Well I reckon the main point is why the hell are there double yellow lines there now ? Never used to be a problem for bikes to overtake safely and I suspect a lot of people are still riding the same as always. I.e. regardless of the yellow lines.

The double yellow are now there because of the massive amount of roadworks going on because of Muldonns re-alignment. We all know that and we all know the hill is now fucked and will be for ever more. You should also know that if you on the hill, going south to north, its only a few minutes out of your riding day and then you into some of the best riding roads in the Welly region:scooter:

I gotta agree with what various people have said. A lot of riders think the hill is their own private race track. I have been shocked with the amount of dodgy riding i see on there. Some of you guys are crazy!

I dont mind slow drivers/riders. But i do get a bit tetchy when they dont use the opportunities to pull over and let the faster traffic through. But I would never resort to the measures that Dazza used. I saw Matt just after it happened and his glowing, swollen, bloody nose was a sight to behold:sick:

Anyway - ride safe one and all

I could understand if the double yellows were only by the bits where the road works are but they aren't. It seems to be a deliberate ploy to stop bikes from overtaking. And personally, I have ridden that road for a number of years and overtaken a lot of cars with no mishaps.

A sane, reasonable person who had come to the end of their tether, would, IMO, be more likely to pull up and give the biker a verbal dressing down, most likely with several expletives thrown in for good measure. Clearly Dazza is fearful of his safety if he feels the need to carry his whacking stick in the door compartment of his little pus bucket.

No matter how many bikers he has seen behaving poorly, there is no justification for weighing in with a king hit first up.

I see this playing out in one of 3 ways:

Dazz calms down, realises that things could have got much uglier for him with a different bunch of bikers, pulls his head in, and carries on life with a few regrets

The cops charge Dazz, he gets his day in court (Tui anyone?)

Dazz gets "the rush" from successfully showing the bikers the proper respect for his hill, and goes on to repeat his own version of vigilantism, and it all ends badly for somebody (maybe Dazz, maybe a biker)

Sadly I'm with you on this one. Strikes me as the type that will be the "man" in all of this. It won't be his fault, wont be his responsibility and probably wasn't hugged enough as a child.

As for the Hill, yeah I have seen some truly insane riding on it and once or twice may even have taken part in it. Now if someone gives me room then I will pass but I will just sit in behind them if they don't. No point getting all het up over something I can't control and besides, some of the scenery that normaly rushes past is quite pretty.

Moderators note I have no hesitation in putting my hand up and say that I'm the one watching this thread. All the posts moved were off topic and some were getting abusive. If more than 40% of a thread's posts are off topic then the whole thread goes to PD. I figure its better to keep the thread clean and alive than do that. Note that no-one has been infracted for OT or for abuse, but it was getting tempting.

His dog probably laughed at him too! That would not help!
No - he didn't 'only threaten" - he hit Mat in the face. That is assault. The police should be taking it from there.

Unfortunately when somone comes to the end of their tether sanity and reason tend to fly out the window, usually just before someone flies off the handle. That was the point of my earlier post suggesting that if the 'victim' had responded with a 'clip round the ear' to the perp in the heat of the moment that's one thing. To later hunt them down in search of vengance is going to end in tears.

Despite what KM may think of my statement earlier, about what I would/should/may have done, fact is the guy wasnt gonna use the weapon, he was all shit.
A sucker punch on a guy not expecting it is about as tough as dazza gets

The way he stood told me all I needed to know, hes a loud, angry fuckwit with no skills or training at all, had the pool queue started moving or him step forward, this thread wouldnt exist.
It would be "Idiot road rage moron in hospital" based on fact there were 15 bikers present, if it went to that next level no one would have stood aside he would have gotten smashed totally, but luckilly it never happened and now he has to answer to the charges laid (yes they have been laid)

Thats the end of Dazza's 15 minutes of notoriety ........we hope

All I can add is this; over the years there have been some 'incidents' where some of my mates and I have done our best to exercise restraint but on occasion a fuckwit or two has got what was coming to them. If that group of 15 bikers had been us I doubt the outcome would have been the same.

We basically think like this; pick one of us, you pick all of us.

lets look at another senaro :) you are travelling up a hill minding you own business following a slowish car when a group of 3 riders come up behind you . 2 pass and 1 tucks in behind . no problems . at the next overtaking lane you indicate and pull out, the bike behind you decides to duck to the left and cuts between you and the slower moving car causing you to move to the right, half over double yellow lines to avoid clipping the bike . you follow bike untill he notices you flashing your lights and gesturing to pulll over at which point the bike indicates then gives you the fingers before taking off . when you are half way to where you a re going you notice the same bikes stopped . Hell, you pull over and find they are laughing about the experience so you get a bit grumpy . time for a choice ...( A ) have a group hug , sing a few songs and and swap numbers .. ( B ) yell at the bikers because you have personally dragged 1 injured rider out of a bush after crashing on the hill and helped another 3 or 4 after their accidents on the same hill and have had a gutsfull of inconsiderate riders cutting up the traffic . In the summer there wouldnt be a weekend that goes by without some one falling off and an being damaged. as another local I hear a lot of ambulances from my place heading up the hill .And these are the "really experienced" riders who are pretty much dont cause any trouble and are really onsiderate (tui time) . Now that being said I dont agree with violence for the hell of it , but in the heat of the moment shit does happen rightly or wrongly . It does seem like mr starlet hit the wrong bloke though . You were the bloke that unfortantly put a stone chip in his windscreen as you passed and told mr starlet to "fuck off dickhead " . What you should also realise is that local riders have a fair bit of respect for the hill and its users , its a fun bit of road and is linked to our community . Its sort of like having a really cool toy in your back yard and it pisses you off when people use it and dont care about other users . Dont forget that the stalet guy is a biker and has helped people in the biker community when they have been in trouble . Its a paradox aint it . Some people live by different rules than the rest of the community, basically , if you piss people off dont expect a hand shake , they dont expect one in return .

And while you are describing all these other scenarios, you haven't mentioned the current scenario that spawned this thread, because there is no argument in it. "Dazza", if he's your mate or you, was sure as hell in the wrong and absolutely unjustified. And all your scenarios would only give you cause to confront the person at the time or if you noted their number plate (unique identified and even then it's not assured) and saw them again. Would you expect someone to confront you because they saw a couple of cars doing some skids in upper hutt and you happen to own A car too? Because that's the huge generalisation you're assuming to act on. I am not overly thrilled that only after nine pages of banter you have figured out that Mr Starlet hit an innocent person.

Well said MSTRS

Matt and Graheme were RIDING thier bikes to Martinborough and stopped to have a smoke at Hilltop. The fact a 1300 CC Starlet was only 30 seconds behind a ZXR1400 and a M904 Monsta shows how SLOW they were riding

Matt overtook the muppet at kaitoke where the road is a full 5 lanes wide (2 lanes, large centre seperation, and 2 breakdown zones 1 each side of road) and he 'crept' past the starlet at 10k over limit (big deal)

2 bikes NOT 3, riding NOT racing, and no justification can ever be invented for Darren Robert Carter's pathetic wee outburst

I say again, he was a lucky man those of us facing him value OUR freedom and have a better grip on reallity than he ever will have

The cops will deal with it I am sure. Too many witnesses and photo evidence for it to just go away. If they do nothing I will take it to the press myself, let the Public judge the dickhead

We aren't talking about a handshake, we're talking about losing control of your emotional state, followed by losing control of your physical state, and then presenting a weapon and punching some cunt in the head.

Some people do live by different rules indeed, and thats what the justice system is for. No person has the right to lose control and bash someone, or even threaten to. What if they did it to you? Do the fucking maths.

If that is what was happening ,
the 3 bike riders that where racing are lucky they didnt cut a L/driver or a police mans wife,or my mother inlaw of.
The way it reads to me is,
the bikes where using the road as a race track ,again, and again,.
If they had not been speeding or racing each other this incedent would of never taken place,
We all like going fast ,
if you want to race go to mansfielt and get on the track,
or are they only weekend riders, same as sunday drivers!!
i am local and have never had a problem on the hill,,not even with Mr Starlet ,good on him!! Go Starlet:)

It's strange how Mr Starlets supporters seemed join up on K.B. only after the incident and then accuse all bikers of being alike ( i wonder if that includes themselves?). It seems Matt is doing the right thing by contacting the police.Just as anyone subjected to dangerous driving should.
I would be very concerned to be Mr Starlets friend cause one day he'd turn on me just because he was having a bad day.Or some such similar excuse.

Ok, for the last time for Darrens 'mates'

TWO bikes passed darren at Kaitoke as he was on his way home
Matt passed him, and Graheme witnessed darren start to gesture, make angry fists and wanker signs, and proceed to tailgate the bike that passed him untill they hit the 100kmh sign where the bike #1 (Matt) accelerated away safely, and bike #2 waited till the passing lane to re-join bike #1

Next they saw of the starlet was when it arriveed at the hill top and Darren sucker punched Matt

Its that simple

As for all the drama of 'yellow lines' and 'racers carving cars up' none of it is relevant AT all
We are discussin the two bikes, and one starlet involved in this incident, nothing else is relevant whatsoever

Now put the pipe down, go find some professional substance abuse councilling, and get the fuck off our website ya cock smoking faggots (think that will get them to attend my Dojo????)

What our mate Dazza did was totally unnecessary, unjustified and unwarranted. I saw the results of his little outburst - not nice.

BUT - this thread is not really much better - its turned into a display of chest beating, testosterone, name calling, finger pointing, misinformation and at times the aggression coming across is no better then Dazza's. i think its time to let this lie and put it to rest. Quite right, Mr Stoney is way out of line implying that you should keep off that hill. It's not his hill to tell you that. It's MY hill , and if anyone's going to tell poofter Starlet driving losers to keep off it, I will. So keep off my hill , OK, and tell your wanky P head mates ditto. OK.

Nah, anything that keeps Bubba and Cletus amused and out of trouble has got to be good. Just is always a problem with keeping him supplied, he uses the faggots up so fast. We'll pass him your name and addy, something for you to look forward to. Or, look back to I guess, depending on how you look at it. On second thoughts, might be best not to look at it at all, it's not a pleasant sight, and it'll make you clench up , which I'm told makes it hurt worse .

Went for a nice spin with Vicki on the Moto Moto Guzzi today and ended up coming back across the taka's...

We had ridden non stop from Woodville (gasp) so we were pretty well in super groove - making the miles mode wanting to get to the cafe to meet up with the Kapiti ride. You know, well into the swing of it neither pushing hard nor dawdling, slowing with the gears and seldom touching the brakes. A couple of normal cars were dispatched with casual distain and a gentle squeeze o throttle and a boom of exhaust... Pah! are gods of speed and THIS is our Olympus....

And then, glimpsed on a bend and closing fast....

A STARLET.......

A WHITE starlet and this was a fat piped, turbocharged Galanza version.....

This thread surfaced onto the top of the scum that floats in my brainal cavity..... I remembered the agro, boping stick and the threats - was I man enough?

Unexpectedly, the Starlet jinked left into the slow side and waved me through - I suspected a trap! - I suspect bopping stick but Guzzi riders are used to adversity and abuse so the throttle cables were stretched and the mighty Guzzi leapt forward howling its challenge to the dread white starlet of doom

We squeaked through but the hairs on my back were slick with sweat and Vicki was holding tight.

Fear not the White Starlet of the Takas children for we have met it in its lair and proved its frailty.

Hey Guys ... I read your comments with interest ... "3 sides to this story" ?? , Fraid not matey. You've heard the story, The police have the assault complaint (and the photos)

You need to remember in all this that his problem was'nt so much with anything particular 'We did' ..(other than pass him) .. He was screaming like a girl at the wrong time of the month at the carpark that he was just "Sick of you C***ts on bikes" ... "We all think we own the road" (apparently) .. and "The Tukkas is his road cos he lives in upper hutt" ... (all makes perfect sense to me) lol

Now then , Update: Graeme received a phone call this morning from our retarded friend. Vieled threats along the lines of "I know where you live" , "feel like another smack in the face ?" and "are you going for a ride tomorrow ?"
He started the call pretending to be a biker asking Graeme if he felt like going for a ride ... (as if he was trying to find out exactly when he would be out) .. Graeme was confused to begin with , thinking that (maybe) it was someone I knew asking him along for ride (G's not been back in town for long)

So , Ya ya , Of course we've told to cops and added it to the assault complaint , but the worry is , He's obviously more than a few short of six pack , and is this twat going to sit on the hill all day waiting for us (or some other poor biker) ?

I dunno ? .. but he won't sucker punch me a second time that's for damn sure.

Hell Paul, I wish I lived at Petone again, you guy's are having "all" the fun! :wari:

The Taka's were dull by comparison in my day! (circa: late 1950's)

Why? Because people had road manners back then, or what?

Why? Because people had road manners back then, or what?

Possibly because there were less people on our roads and the roads were more difficult to travel on in the vehicles of the day.

There had just been a major world event (WW2) and people were more dependant upon each other and less selfish.

Perhaps today we suffer the curse of plenty, I really don't know the answer, I am just guessing like everyone else!

There was more self respect and respect for others in those times, maybe that is a contributing factor.

No because WW2 really cleaned out the bad gean pool, all the stupid young men with anti social tendencies tended to become cannon fodder.

It'd be better with pictures.

We will expect some pics or video posted later today I guess.

Give my love to the homo in the Starlet.

Perhaps, but I do think OR makes some valid points. Slack parenting has resulted a generation that thinks the world owes it a living and it appears (in general) to have a 'fuck you, I'll do what I want' attitude. They don't respect others because they lack respect for themselves.

Blimey, I kind of agree with peasea...
The FU attitude has partially arisen through the receipt, rather than the having to earn for themselves, the things they have to currently enjoy. It has also allowed an abdication of personal responsibilty from quite a degree of decision making, since they feel that the "rules" don't apply to them personally, and the consequences of whatever actions they carry out will be taken care of by others on their behalf.

Not sure, every generation says the same thing about its progeny.

Chief Petty Officer Bastard taught me a lot about shutting the fuck up and getting on with the job in hand, more so than my parents ever did. They also taught me how far I can carry a SLR above my head.

I am really no different from my dad, he got up to some pretty nasty shit in his youth. Compared to him I am a leather clad tinker bell.

Has the dick head been charged yet? Are they also going to do him for contacting and threating the victim? Is that perverting the course..? Its certainly incriminating.

If I was at the bottom of this hole I would stop digging.

I get the feeling that Dazza thinks he is in the Matrix and that there is no hole.

The difference between your youth and now is that if you fucked up, you generally knew that A: You had fucked up and B: You were in a world of trouble. Now days it's more ""what do you mean by wrong exactly?"

Todays government agencies "all" seem to be focussed on "rewarding the bad guy's" and kicking shit out of the victim!

That probably helps mold the attitudes too!

My foster son asked me the same sort of question over smoking dope, I replied by wrong I mean this is the size of your ass hole before you go to prison.

I actually think that the youth of today have many more limits placed on their actions and behaviour than I ever did. The things me and my brothers got up to would have landed us in social welfare care and our parents in court.

But aint that a indication of the extent to which reponsibilty is being removed from the individual?

BOT.

Where are the pics from todays fun and games? I'm switching between the pooter and the V8's in anticipation.

Maybe Dazzling Dazza is parked in front of the box, dreaming of what he can do to his Starlet to make it to Bathurst.
