Wellington Ambulance Charity Run
Sunday 25 April


Departs: 11 am, Park Road, Upper Hutt (Outside Maidstone Park).
Meet before for briefing etc.

Ride will be into town to the Ambulance Centre in Thorndon for a Sausage Sizzle.
Badges $10.
Sausage Sizzle, Tea & Coffee $1 each

Organised by the Wellington Ulysses Branch.
Last year a donation of $1,000 was made. This year we are aiming for $1,800

The ride will go ahead rain, hail or shine.
Please come and support the local ambulance…you may need them one day.

I would of loved to come.. Except that my bike is getting an oil change at the moment and i dont have the money to buy the oil and i have put the rego on hold over winter cos, yes, i am a soft cock and hate rain and ice AND on that exact same day, There are boobs on bikes being held in Levin!

Well.. Started the bike up yesterday.. Well tried to. But it aint gonna be running for this tomorrow.. I know that much.. Damn thing.. Shouldnt run bikes out of petrol.. Need knew plugs.. Mutter mutter mutter.. Will see if i am up to the ride tomorrow, If so.. I will turn up in the cage

Many thanks to all who turned up to support the cause. I believe there were about 125 bikes representing the various factions of bikers (KB, HOG and WIMA through to Kinsmen as well as the Uly riders).

$1800 was passed to the Ambulance Service after all the badges were sold and sausages washed down with tea & coffees.
