Restricted test recommendations

Gonna be sitting my restricted in a couple of months, figured I would book way in advance :p Just wondering whether I should book with VTNZ or AA (in Palmerston), and what the best time of day to be sitting the test is?

Id recommend first thing in the morning. i had mine 9am or 8.30 i think. because they are fresh, and no one has given them a reason to be pissy yet!
