Motard racing no longer at Manfeild - Vic Club says lack of interest?

Hi, my partner use to race Motard at Manfield, VMCC says they will no longer have Motard racing due to lack of interest? They have also said if I can get 20 bikes to race, they would re-look at it. I am pretty sure it is the VMCC club not running the short track ie: track using the slipway, that has put most motard racers off entering. The normal full circuit is hard on Motard machinery. The idea would be to get the slipway track version up and running again.
