CBR600 F3 rev limiter?

Hi Kiwiriders,
After being off roadbikes for awhile ive decided to sell up my cars and get another one.
The bike ive setlled on is a cbr6 f3 (1995ish) as i will likely be building it into a stunt bike.

My main question is.. am i able to drop these bikes factory set rev limit?
I believe its set at 15,500 rpm, and I would be looking to drop it to around 12,500 or even a little lower.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

The rev limiter kicks in at 13,300 rpm on the F3
Max power at 11,500 rpm

oh true, i spent the evening googling it and everyone seemed to say it kicked in at 15.500, either way can i wind it down lower?
