Not sure if its alowed in here not being bike related but can anyone tell me if or what the process is of getting a copy of a lost relatives last will?

I don't believe there is any official register or anything. Usually their lawyer holds a copy, so you would be best trying to find out who that was.

They are deceased, correct? If their estate met the criteria for probate (they owned land or had assets pretty much, and the assets were not jointly owned with another) then the closest High Court Registry will have the Probate, which will have the original Will attached to it. I am paraphrasing: PM me if you want, I do a bit of this stuff.

The executor should have a copy as well, if you can't be arsed dealing with the Court
