That is one hell age gap. I think 46 years is stretching things a bit. The fact they are closely related raises it to a whole new level of wrong. Apparently it is not uncommon and can be excused by

All I can say is I feel very sorry for the child it seems is about to be brought into this world by them as a couple. Very sad indeed.
